Very pleased with the quality and service
Have used the arris surfboard for years as a replacement for the xfinity modems and have had no problem with this product
Unit works well took a phone call to time warnerspectrum to resolve connectivity issue on their end
Im not disappointed with the quality at all but ill be running higher internet speeds that exceed this devices capabilities now

We did not use it for wifi as we have a separate router for that and never had to call support on it except to activate it
