I’ve used one night can’t tell anything from that one night i’d like it to get hydration benefits and healing i used the frankincense oil i’m not sure what it’s used for there’s no little pamphlet nor even a list on the box as to what there used for that would’ve been helpful so tbd i’ll update if it does anything

The healthy solutions website sells individual bottles for close to 10 each so getting 6 of them for 14 was quite a steal
