Pros

Functions are preset and ready to go for you. It's pretty compact and it can make many rice for many people.

It cooks the rice well, pretty easy to clean (although the nooks and crannies can get rice grains stuck in them), and inexpensive. The steamer basket works well for smaller pieces of raw chicken/pork plus some frozen veg.

Cons

The top on this rice maker is not fully detachable. This makes it impossible to clean throughly. The nonstick insert is easy enough to clean, but i have to use a cotton swab to clean all the nooks and crannies of the machine.

There is a builtin soaking time on the brown rice setting but using the timer and letting it soak longer really made a good batch of rice

I buy one every few years and then throw it out after one or two uses because the rice is always crunchy on the bottom

We’ve had rice cookers before but for some reason this rice cooker tops them all in taste and how evenly cooked the rice comes out

Extremely convenient and worth it for the price

So far ive only used this to make white rice and steam dumplings but its a great value so far

Saw this one was selling at a good price with a good amount of sellsreviews so decided to give it a chance

Some were so expensive while others were really cheap
