Then one of the plastic wheels broke making it unusable so i tried to find a similar cart to replace it but found nothing

While awaiting their arrival i paid a visit to a big box hardware store to see if i could find a 38 to 12 bushing or pipe or anything else that might work

I put a 38 washer on either side of the wheel to keep the plastic tubing centered and it was a perfect fix

This rigged solution would not have worked for a plastic wheel which turns directly on the axle

My mistake is i have no bracket to attach for turning wheel ok
