Pros

Darkening is amazing. The customer service outstanding.

Bought 2 for my windows in living room. Bought only one, for a room to test darkening and maneuverablity. And the 11 correct items where here within days.

It blocks the light, which makes for a relaxing tub bath any time of the day. Mechanism is smooth operating too. It performs well.

Cons

These are almost impossible to raise. I waste so much time slowly, slowly trying to raise them, to have them go up incrementally. When installing the shade one of the brackets broke in half. Returned the broken bracket with the broken shade.

The shade arrived and all is right with the world

It was and i hung it up and order the other 2 and they sent them out right away and was delivered on a sunday

However while it did get here early

Packaging/appearance

Not the problem of the seller but when my 3 shades arrived one of the boxes was opened at both ends and the one shade was gone

These are beautiful shades and were hardly wrinkled coming out of the package

Competitiveness

These are better quality and work better than the expensive custom retractable blinds we had in a previous home
