Consunfortunately after the initial setup full fill and feature testing in the garage before install as specified in the manual the tub was installed in our brand new bathroom remodel 2 floors up and after about 30 minutes of run time the computer burned out

It took several days to get the new computer shipped from the manufacturer in california

For obvious reasons it will not turn on if the water is not above the highest jets

It does take about 1012 mins to fill and the way the water comes in isnt ideal to sit in it while it is filling
