Pros
The aria has something my intex doesn't have. It solves all the problems i've had with other mattresses. It works, but i don't feel like the settings really seem perceptually all that different.
Comfortable for my 20-yr old granddaughter for her 3-week visit. It's durable and the texture feels soft to sleep on.
The raised ridge adds enough rigidity that getting to the edge of the mattress won't end up with you on the floor. The only thing that could top this bed is 22 inches height. Its the bumps.
A good space saver for apartment dwellers with occasional guests. It's decent enough to use for guests as today 18 is more of a standard fitted sheet size than it was when thinner mattresses were more the vogue. Other bedding as usual.
Cons
As a few reviews pointed out, it bulges. It’s supposed to self inflate during the night as it loses air, it doesn’t. Unless you keep it plugged in and the setting on to keep it inflated, it loses about 1/3 of the air overnight if not plugged in.

There is a secondary knob that apparently allows you to finely control the firmness of the mattress but we felt no difference between the settings and the pump didnt turn on

In addition to the main bed pump there is a constant comfort module that when the bed is plugged in is constantly running and makes a humming noises
