We did not make it the whole 10 days which was knowingly going to be a stretch however these were great for the first 3 to 5 days in keeping our meat eggs cheese oat milk and creamer cold

For the longer trips i think it would be important to have a stop where you can refreeze the packs and transfer goods into a fridge for a few days while you refreeze the packs or it may just be more appropriate to use a 12v fridge in the vehicle instead

Stays cold for a decent amount of time but creates a lot if condensation causing my lunch bag and other items to be wet
