Pros & Cons
Pros
It fades very nicely to a light/lavender purple followed by some hues of pink. Better yellow than chi, iroiro, and wella color charm paints, in my opinion.
Cons
Everytime i wash my hair the color bleeds out and dyes everything it comes in contact with. Hair was already lightened to a light brown due to previous dye jobs. There was no blue tint in sight.

Both would cause some damage due to drying even though there are oils in olia and you can add a little oil to henna
