While some of the information presented is definitely beginner stuff i still like that its a complete set of instruction from the proverbial soup to nuts and for the price it beats buying the wrong gear cause heck even a single arrow can be more than the retail price of the book

My only real complaint about the book is a lack of index i hate when there is a basic table of contents and no index to find things quickly
