Pros

Replacing the hose float (collar) also helps with performance. My zodiac is 5+ years old.

Cons

The tightness stresses & impedes the direction gears. It slows the vacuum considerably. The oem treads fit better and are more pliable.

The rubber wheels are too stiff for the mx8 barracuda. It fits too thigh, making impossible to the directional control in my mx6 to work properly. Not an adequate replacement part for my zodiac mx6.

These tracks are very stiff and inflexible. They are too stiff. These are a plastic material that just slips and slides around on the plaster with no grip at all.

The tracks are small for the cleaner and very difficult to install. They rub against the mx6 housing and cause the cleaner to stall.

The pair i just ordered for 2022 are not the same even though i reordered what i got last time. After running tracks for first hour seems like they don't grip like the oem. The material is cheap plastic and very rigid.
