I bought this as the previous waterproof rucksack i bought an overboard 30l bag was just too heavy even when nearly empty for cycling

Firstly the bag has some padding at the back but unlike some bags no thicker plastic so if you pack the bag badly items could dig into your back

Secondly the waterproof material is like an old fashioned jacket which would keep you dry but have you sweating buckets
