There are no issues with the bottom shell being loose so apparently the manufacturer has fixed issues

The shell fits so tight i had to wrestle it off gently without breaking off any plastic tabs

It took a little bit of effort to snap in the top part of the case though the bottom one slipped on easypeasy and im still not 100 sure itll provide that much protection especially to the vulnerable top corners although theyre still covered somewhat the top corners arent totally wrapped in the case

Theres also a little bit of givemovement at the top lip of the case even after everything else has been snapped on

Still despite my constant putting on and taking off the top case it didnt scratch my laptop at all and didnt snap off

Bought it in past just for different old laptop and will probably buy it again for as long as i stick to dell not a fan of apple products sorry
