The trick is you have to position the settings between two settings to get the water to come out of all holes at the same time

Something happened with the water pressure to our house this fall it was lower and this replaced the previous head which just couldnt do the job anymore

I will say that my instructions did not include the information about removing the flow restrictor so i had to contact the company
