Pros

Even so the product is a no brainer buy. still works flawlessly. Yes it's pricey, but it's worth the piece of mind in my opinion.

With this marvelous device, our problems are solved. No complaints so far. This thing is everything that i thought it would be.

It seems that in todays world of electronics it would have a programmable timer that could adjust the temperature through the night. Easy to adjust time and temperature. I like being able to fine-tune my little sleeping climate.

Cons

Aqua bed warmer is $100 cheaper. It is about two inches too small on each side of my mattress. Will be contacting manufacturer shortly about refund/warranty. It never heats up.

Some cons firstfirst issue i had with the product is that the queen size mattress topper is quite smaller than my queen size mattress

With the unit full i turned it on and kept getting an e1 error low water

I bought it direct from aqua bed warmer because at the time on amazon is wasnt being sold with free shipping

They agreed to refund my original order if i returned just the heater which saved on shipping
