Pros
Ever since using i’ve not had any wrist pain whatsoever. Plus the velcro wrap makes it easy to take on and off between sets to restore circulation.
Cons
It seems to be reinforced for durability but it makes the straps very uncomfortable.

The price is really good helps take strain off my wrists benching heavier loads
