The quality of the milanese look itself is fantastic i work out with it i was able to wash it to remove sweat it is snug doesnt let the watch move on its own its great value for your dollar but be warned the gold color looks like a faux gold finish by where it connects to the watch so if you have a gold apple watch this does not match the gold finish on the watch
