I would have definitely given it a five stars because the phone itself was flawless and all the features work perfectly except for the sim card it came malfunctioned and wouldnt accept our tmobile sim card couldnt read it so we decided to return the phone back and when we try to reach customer service through email they went responsive either through phone calls

The phone arrived in good condition with 80 of battery which i was a little disappointed to discover

I just assumed that when breed said apple certified refurbished that they meant that they would follow apples lead and put new batteries in their refurbished phones

Fortunately apple still replaces old batteries with new ones and now until the end of december 2018 they have a special of 29 instead of the 79 they normally charge
