Pros
The app is simple and straightforward. This eliminates the need for an additional hub device, simplifying the setup process. The only thing i did differently than some others is that i setup and used the meross app over the listed app.
Star rating. It works with siri and google assistant (hey google) perfectly. Scan the qr code and its there. The compatibility with alexa and google assistant adds an extra layer of convenience.
Installation is pretty simple - plug bare wires together with wires that go to the open button. Attach magnet to the door and place magnetic sensor next to it. Route magnetic sensor sire to the box.

Cons
The support is refreshingly good but the thing just doesn't alexa in canada. Having to re-* over 40 alexa thingies across over 200 kms was not fun.
Customer support is non-existent. This is extremely concerning for safety and theft. Why did they make people behave as illogical as they were?
Garage door opener doesn't work. Can only open or close the garage, that's it. It's really hard to setup unless you disable your 5ghz wifi signal. Every single time i open the app and hit the button to open the garage it has an error.
The rsg100 is not compatible with homekit. Instead, it connects to the rgr910 accessory which acts and looks like an old style rf clicker. I was sent the wrong version improperly packaged.

Very easy to install and their app works great
In newer ones the open close signal is more complex and this trick doesnt work hence the accessory wireless remote
My particular model did not work out of the box which is described in the item description
Price
Works great and for a reasonable price
It was part rgr910 which is essentially a modified refross universal garage door remote which retails for 18 at the time of this review
Shipping
With the help of tech support they shipped me the accessory required to get the job done
Having said that once i determined i needed an adapter i contacted the company and they sent me one out free of charge right away

I have only had this in operation for a few hours i cant comment on long term use but out of the box i am happy and expect it will operate as expected

Add it to alexa as per instruction on the ehomelifeapp and everything will workif you dont ask to change your account before you add it to alexa you will end up with the first picture i have posted its there but nothing can be done and you would have to remove it and add it again
