Pros

Just enough curry to be pleasant but not overwhelming. Shake them in a bag and bake in oven on a lightly greased piece of aluminum foil.

Great alternative to bread crumbs. Sooooo good. Huge success with my husband & fam.

These nut crumbs taste great as a topping for pureed soups like butternut squash soup and carrot ginger soup. It's delicious on white fish; adds flavor to thin cuts of pork & poultry.

A wonderful gluten free alternative. Contains pistachio, almond and cashew.

Cons

This is more like flour texture. Just kind of clumped onto it. If you use this as a coating for fried chicken, almost the only thing you will taste is salt. A blurb on the package says the founder is passionate about healthy living.
