The pill cutter cuts the pills in half cleanly and easily. It has a 4 compartment pill storage compartment in the bottom and the cutter works easily.

Very handy little tool to have around. Bailey likes to use her nose to dig for worms in the backyard. Item is handy for my purse when we are away from home.

Sturdy, 3 use cutter,crusher, and holder. The cutter works just as it should too. Grinds it pretty fine.

Pill crusher is garbage and possibly dangerous to use with pills you ingest. The device's multi-use design (store, crush, split) seems to not fulfill any one purpose very well. The tooth crusher has teeth to break up the split pill.

The pill cutter works, sure, but there's no front wall to contain the halves. The blade is so dull it literally crushed 8 out of 10 pills. The pill holding mechanism isn't adjustable, so it doesn't hold a pill secure for cutting it.
