The plug for the brush fit loosely in the socket and would continuously fall out of the socket it also had a short cord causing the brush to turn off

I will also mention that many other users had issues with their fingers resting on the onoff buttons so they were accidentally turning the straighteners off

My hair did not at all sound like it was being fried like my previous hair straightener did

The only thing i would probably change on this would be the button placement just because i sometimes would press the buttons while i was straightening my hair but the good thing was that it does automatically lock
