Wavy and cheep looking plastic. Barely fits papers. These are not clear, they have a somewhat anti-glare finish.

The zipper is secure and the plastic used is sturdy for the larger ones
It doesn’t make sense to have a paper size pouch in which a normal sheet of paper doesn’t fit without being cut bent or otherwise modified
And a regular size sheet of paper doesn’t even fit

They are very hard to get on and do not slipfold over the rings easily once on

However the plastic zipper may spread apart and not close properly at some point so im not going to open and close them very often
