This is understandablesince there are many reasons lead to snoring

The gel inserts are a set size at a set angle so i can understand some reviewers saying it did not fit them lucky me worked from night 1 sometimes pops out if i roll over and it catches the pillow any inconvienience is a small price to pay for the benefits

Just one warning though dont remove the silicon from the plastic base as its a bugger to get back on
