Pros & Cons
Pros
This is the best cookbook i have come across for anti-inflammatory dieting. The 21 days menu plan has the grocery list with it. Its a really responsible recipe and guidance book.
The diet looks easy to me, lots of smoothies and none of the recipes have more than 5 ingredients. Also the recipes are super simple to make and prep in a day, for the whole week. Give easy recipes to follow and make.
The recipes cover all the food spectrum from soups, salads, main dishes, and desserts. A great assortment of them. Will be using the recipes for a long time.
