Pros
Currently located in 3rd floor walk up attic. Reception is excellent during good weather. To compliment my new antenna my firestick fills most of my other needs.
Signal quality ranges from 80 - 100%. Picture quality on the hd channels is excellent. The only thing that i despise about this product is the puny little stand. I dreaded pulling cable from the attic to the basement.
It easily captures all the ota stations in our area. A few oldies channels make up the rest as well as several latin channels. Do not have any problems with a 4 way splitter feeding my other tv's.

Cons
Antenna point app reports nbc at just inside 35 miles. If antenna claims 70 miles and will not do 35-40, i assume amplifier should be included at no cost. No fancy plastic and electronic circuit board type.
Not close to advertised. There really is no difference between the 4 and the 4 max. It is very disappointing.

Get a good quality quacksel cable for better reception go to the antenna guy on youtube for suggestions
But if i can hear the wind blowing thru the trees with the windows closed my tv signal is usually too pixelated to watch
