I ended up buying a purple one that is advertised as being 9 longtall and was way shorter for my workouts and that worked out great for me so i am guessing this one must be around 12 longtall

Especially if its youre first time wearing one of these you dont want to go to small it hurts its not gonna be pleasant for you if you get one thats too small
