It worked great for a while, but unfortunately, one time my phone fell off my end table and the micro usb part bent and the prongs are stuck inside it so the charger will not stay in the phone.

Edit: after leaving this review their customer service team got back to me and is sending me a brand new cord to replace the broken one.
