Green is the perfect color for st patty’s day but i may wear this all spring because i love the way it turned out. I have a 35 year old black suede bicycle saddle that looked really faded, almost looked gray but this dye made it look nee again.
Cons
Suede dye is anything but dark grey. Tried to turn my brand new green boots dark grey and ended up with a goofy off-white. It only wets the leather and then leaves drying rings, making a bad situation worse.

After i was satisfied with the coats i let the shoes dry for a day and then finished off with another round of brushing

I didnt want to pay for professional cleaning because the boots cost me the same as the cleaning cost

I used the entire bottle and as you can see i didn’t dye the tongue or back of the skates

If i had wanted to dye the entire skate navy blue i would have needed at least two bottles

You probably can’t tell from my pictures but specs of the light blue are still peeking through the navy blue dye so i’m probably gonna have to get another bottle to achieve 100 coverage

Not sure if the dye would work this well for larger bleach stains or if the target product is a nonblack color

I bought a pair of red sandals and they turned out to be a dusty mauve definitely not red

After the shoes dried for several days i took a white cloth and rubbed the shoes and a little bit of red dye did come off on the cloth
