Pros & Cons
Pros
I just wish it came with a container to store the dauber in. One gripe is that this dye is very runny, so it's easy to end up with streaks.

Initially the dye had a very shiny bronzepurple cast to it it was distinctly a different tone from the black leather of the rest of the jacket another reviewer posted a picture of this exact issue

Its kind of like the metallic purple shine you see on black sharpie likely related to how the pigment is carried in the solvent

Also beware of mixing this dye with any water or using toolssponges that have water on them as the minerals in tap water can affect the dye colorconsistency or cause the pigment to crash out of the solution

I would guess those saying it stayed sticky arent applying it to genuine top grain leather

Once dry the dye did not run or stain my skin at all

Some areas are patchy but only visible if you shine a light directly on them
