Pros

Magnesium flake is a compound of magnesium and chloride. Works faster thanthe other brand. Can also be used to replace deodorant.

For best use take a shower exfoliate, dry off spray it on rub it in and go to bed. I suffer from chronic pain due to a connective tissue illness and my muscles and joints are always in pain. My knees are much better after i rubbed for a few minutes.

It’s sooooo great at relaxing your muscles. It also seems to help my spasming muscles to relax for a while. With leg cramps this def works! Helped with sleep especially after a heavy workout and the muscles are fatigued.
