When you have problems with ethernet connection just disconnect every devices plug in it and reconnect them

While you may have noticed this docking station is less expensive than a lot of options thats mostly because it does not come with a power supply

The usbc power supply that comes with the mac works with it just fine and it will also work with no power supply at all powering whatever you plug into it from the mac
