Case makes the screen lock and volume buttons a little tricky to use but you get used to it

The matte finish on the outside of the case keeps your phone from slipping out of your hand quite as easily and the matte finish on the inside of the case provides some grip on the backplate of the phone preventing it from sliding around and popping out of the case
