Im not a huge fan of the side button configuration on the lumia 950 xl volume up gt power gt volume down but on the bare phone you can feel the divisions of the buttons the case puts very slight shallow divisions between the buttons which are nearly impossible to feel

As a result i miss the power button 95 of the time i end up doing nothing taking a screenshot powervol up or launching the feedback app powervol down

You can double tap the nav bar to turn the screen off and double tap to wake should be coming in the near future

The inner layer comes around to put a raised area over the screen to protect it but it does cover a very slight portion of the screenbezel which could interfere with some screen protectors like the glass one i bought

The corners of this layer give the phone hard corners to protect the screen from falls gorilla glass is more likely to break from a phone falling on a corner than the screen itself

There is also a bump up around the camera to protect it from damage but it does not interfere with pictures

The kickstand is very flimsy and actually shakes when the phone moves you can hear the plastic parts hit each other due to this
