Pros

The cage is sturdy, and the pins and safety bars are easy to adjust. Pins have no issues supporting the weights i use (185lb for bench and up to 335lb for squats) with no issues.

Cons

The support beam going across the bottom is nearly right under where you would stand to unload the bar for a squat! I'm not sure how others are getting by with this flaw. What a shame.
