It is dead simple to install with the four (4) included screws, and there are anchors if needed.
The product works well and i received it on time.
I looked at several units costing over twice as much, and this one is of equal or better quality.

Competitiveness
I have encountered multiple keyboxes like this, from various airbnb's i've stayed at to those i've bought and installed myself.
So i will have to find a brand that costs less.

Tip: when you leave it set to a known number, you can tell if anyone accessed or tried to access the key.

It would hold many keys but was unfortunately too small for what i needed which was a garage door clicker.

In case of locking ourselves out, or a visiting relative arriving when we are not home, this is much better than putting a key under a doormat, or hiding in a fake rock.

I can’t speak to how sealed the box will be in your application, as that will depend on what you screw it into as there’s no backing gasket.

The unit is not some cheaply built item for home use.

The integrated rubber cover hinges from the top so if exposed to rain etc it will run off.
