    Make sure not to install the motors until you have verified that the steps will not bind on the seam welds

    Push the step up without the motor installed if it contacts the seam weld or is on the outside of the seam weld bounce on the step until it tucks up behind the seam weld

    If this is not done you will mar the plastic or chip the paint on the seam

    I installed the motors and plugged everything in they retracted and bound up on both sides

    Again don’t install the motors until you make sure the end caps are clear of the seam welds

    The led lights would be nice if they were fastened and not stuck on using 3m tape
