Amope gelactiv are more comfortable for me than the previous gel insoles i used (apara) these are interchangeable with different shoes only if your shoe has a smooth insole. Keeps foot from sliding out of the front of sandal heels.
They are fabulous for a start and definitely thinner than any i have seen before. These inserts provide more comfort than the competitors' combined. They adhere well and provide the right amount of support.
