It's best to attach the insole and leave them in the shoe, then to try and take it out and reuse it for another pair.

Cons
When placed in shoe properly the sides of gel insole are atleast 1/4 on each side to small. The package says for women's shoe sizes 5-10. This means you either have to cushion under your instep or you're walking the back edge of the heel piece.

I think if you tried to reuse the insole with another pair of shoes it might not stick that well

My shoe size is 6 in youth if you have a bigger shoe size idk if it would be a good fit but im a server and they lasted me about 6 months i walk alot

As these are transparent we cannot see them inside the shoes
