Pros

The only downside is the strong odor of menthol (like ben gay) but definitely recommend this crème. Moreover, it helps with my rls.

The smell is abit loud but i like it because it's open up my sinus. It smells cleaner than products that rarely work. The scent softens after an hour.

Cons

I'm not sure which is worse; the knee pain or the discomfort after applying a menthol cream. I get no comfort from the icy burn and had to apply aspercreme at 2:30am. Both have the same and only active ingredient listed - menthol.
