The field diagram on the board is very helpful for players to visualize the field and their roles and all of my players love when i bring the board out to explain things rather than me just trying to verbalize instructions

I wish they had no numbers and have like 4 extra magnets and the pen kinda sucks

You can still mark it up with the provide marker if you wantneed to but the magnets cover just about every scenario
