Pros
The perfect complement to a home gourmet kitchen. Very sturdy and well made. All of my friends are amazed by its beauty and the way it blends with my very traditional cherry cabinets.
For the serious kitchen * - this is a must have. Just a comment on fantastic service from american standard. Except. This is the one i chose.
Cons
It is inconceivable to me that i need to repair/replace this faucet in under 2 years of use. Overtime these cartridges fail you get a leak.
The handle feels cheaply made. Within the first year, that toggle is also in very poor condition. Call me penny wise, pound foolish.

So i’ve replaced two lower priced units in my new home with american standard and the usability and quality is much much better
Price
Wasnt too expensive to hire plumber to install as amazon price was much better that local plumbing store
Shipping
We loved the look and functionality so came home and checked it out on amazon where it was cheaper plus free shipping
Packaging/appearance
Packaging was good faucet is exactly as we ordered and we love it
Competitiveness
I would buy this again if we move to another house and needed a new fauce
I bought another house and installed a lower priced but identical looking off brand

One thing i didnt realize was that the faucet handle would require that i remove a soap dispenser in my case that was in the sink hole next to the faucet

Its only 6 from spray head to deck

The old one would stay on spray when you shut off the faucet so when you turn the faucet on it would come on spraying and get all over everything

This one goes back to normal stream when you shut the faucet off
