Any tub with a freestanding faucet such as this will probably have a connector style that will require more free space than a traditional tub to access the connectors

One final note some reviews have commented on the low quality of the faucet hardware and tub body itself

Installation unfortunately required cutting into the ceiling below the tub filler but that may have been a function of our particular plumbing situation and the plumber said this was common with freestanding tub fillers

Odd british sized water supply lines make it nearly impossible to extend if needed
