It's obvious they didn't test the unit. It's not worth the headache of even sending the unit back. Crummy app that works for about one minute after you set it up.

Of all the systems ive used the amcrest 960h models have been the easiest to setup for remote access

Arthur from amcrest excelent tech walked me right through it

While it seems that most models have a ptz port on many the port is not enabled according to amcrest tech support

I recently bought higher definition amcrest cameras to add to my system just to find out that my dvr is only designed for lower definition
