Pros
Drinking water always helps flush out toxins and extra hormones when we feel irritated. Give it a month to kick in but once it does, it works well.
Cons
Used for menopause hot flashes, ineffective. Helpline is a joke. At least they list it in the ingredients.
I wish i had noticed that before ordering as it's non-refundable. Enough, i am done with amberen, buyer beware. Was hoping to get $ back. Now i have an unopened box that is not eligible for return.
