I've had these for 6 months and have used them dozens of times, when steaks or chips are on the menu at home. They look and feel much better than their price would lead you to believe. They have some substance to them and are comfortable to grip. We fired up the grill when we had some good friends over, who joked how we finally pulled out the nice silverware for them to use, I laughed and showed them the price I got these for on Amazon. My buddy immediately ordered two sets, one for himself and one for his wife's sister- whose house they had been to the previous week and were trying to slice ham with a butter knife.I usually halfway then air dry these knives, so I don't know how they hold up in the dishwasher, but mine looks as good as they say they arrived, not rust, not water spots, still straight and sharp, tips even remained pointy, so careful where you store them.I'd but these again, but I don't think I'll need to for a while.   Read Less
