The turning mechanism on the inside of the thumb press stop working and seized leaving me unable to open my door at all.

I had to call a locksmith and pay for it for them to jimmy my door open almost breaking my frame.

The bottom screw was already in the washer and the decorative button was already on the washer and someone has stripped some of the threads on the screw and i am unable to remove the cap so i can’t use either the cap, washer or screw.

These are awesome, my only complaint is that the install directions were confusing, wish they had measurements instead of pictures.
