Quality

I have ordered this brand before and am very satisfied with the purchase

Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the fabric

The 2nd set both came damaged again but i decided to deal with the damage rather than go through the return process again

Indeed the quality is surprisingly nice the couch is a little stiff but nothing too uncomfortable

Shipping

We had no issues with shipping or setup

The 1 star deduction is for the poor shipping protection which is basically nonexistent for this item

All in all this is a 5 star sofa but i am giving it 4 stars due to shipping issues

Its disappointing that something this expensive has very little shipping protection especially when shipped via freight carrier

Packaging/appearance

It takes about 3 minutes to open the packaging unzip the bottom layer and pull out the legs
