I'm not a big fan of how elastic waists look, but i've worn this with an untucked shirt and thus the elastic waist is not be seen.

Pants are comfortable, fit well with or without a belt (there are belt loops), and very, very importantly, are not transparent.

The length seems greater than what was ordered 32, but they do not pool too much on his shoes, the pants did not shrink after washing.
