Pros

It seems okay, though so far. Probably not harmful. The connector fit my yeti x no problem. Just have to get use to this setup.

It is sturdy enough to hold it in place, but not too sturdy that it doesn't absorb the vibrations from moving the arm.

Just screw the mount onto your arm or stand and then screw the mic into that.

The only negative is that the tilt control is notched rather than fluidly adjustable. The clamp to adjust the angle of the mount works well and engages fully with thumb/forefinger pressure.

Cons

The shock mount for the mic is flimsy. It just slips one notch no matter how much you tighten it. The gain on my yeti mic is all the way down as well. Same thing for the headphone jack.

It doesn't really cradle it, it just sits on a mount woven into the top left of the web. It feels like it could plop over on your desk at any second, even though i guess realistically it wouldn’t.

This is completely removed all of that

With this mod it is perfect for my needs and really a great shock mount for the price

Despite its budgetfriendly price point this shock mount feels anything but cheap

If you are looking for a semipremium shockmount for a fraction of the price then this is the one for you

Its not top tier but i mean for the price this is gonna be perfectly fine

I saw a warning flyer in the package that says your blue yeti may be defected if it doesnt fit but thankfully that didnt apply to me
